Firearm Returns & Cancellations Policy

• If a firearm purchase is denied or needs to be returned before leaving the store, a restocking fee of $50 or 20%(whichever is greater) applies.

• Customers cover return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

• If you change your mind or cancel a firearm purchase, a $50 or 20% processing fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.

Background Check & Transaction Fees Policy

• As of January 1, 2024, a $18 background check fee applies per transaction, payable by the transferee.

• All fees are due at the start of paperwork/background check and are non-refundable.

Sales Policy

• Ammunition sales are FINAL.

• Firearm sales are FINAL.

• Other merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days if unopened, in original packaging.

What should I bring to an appointment?

• A valid state ID or driver’s license with your current address.

• Certificate of completion of a WA Firearms safety course.

• Military members with out-of-state IDs must bring PCS orders and proof of current address (e.g., utility bill, vehicle registration).

• Payment (we accept cash, credit/debit, checks, and tap-to-pay options for Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover).

Transfer Services

Online Transfers

• Ensure serialized parts are shipped from an FFL.

• An invoice must be included in the box or emailed, listing purchase price, sales tax paid, buyer details, and firearm details (make, model, serial number).

• Sales tax will be charged if the seller did not collect it per WA state law.

Private Party Transfers

• The seller must ensure the firearm is clear and legal under WA laws.

• Both parties must bring proper ID.

• The buyer must:

  • Complete required paperwork.

  • Pay a $25 transfer fee per firearm + $18 background check fee.

  • Wait 10 business days for approval before picking up the firearm.

Valid Identification

• Washington Residents: WA ID/Driver’s License + proof of updated address (if different from ID).

• Military Personnel: Out-of-state ID, Military ID, and PCS orders.

Pricing & Services

• Online & Private Transfers: $25 per firearm + $18 WA Background Check Fee.

• NFA Transfers (Form 4): $100 per item + $200 tax stamp.

• NFA Sales: Price + sales tax + $200 tax stamp.

• Firearm Cleaning:

  • Basic: $25 (post-range cleaning, lube, function check).

  • Comprehensive: $50 (deep clean, full disassembly, wear check, reassembly). Parts replaced at cost if needed.

• Firearm Shipping to FFLs: Shipping cost + $25 handling fee.

• Used Firearms Sales & Buying:

  • We buy used firearms for 60% of estimated resale value.

  • We sell used firearms acquired from clients.

• New Firearms Sales: Special orders at discount pricing.

• Accessories Sales: Optics, sights (with installation), magazines, Mantis X, and more (special orders available).

• Ammo Sales: Limited selection, often better prices available online (e.g., AmmoSeek.com).
